I am a certified Yoga Teacher, Embodiment Coach, and Breathwork Facilitator — and a mother. My work blends professional training with lived experience, offering thoughtful, nervous-system-aware preparation for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

Through structured movement, core and pelvic floor integrity work, breath, and emotional support, I help women enter birth feeling grounded, capable, and confident.
