These Terms & Conditions apply to products, services, content, and purchases made through www.alicemaisetti.com and any official Alice Maisetti sales or delivery channels, including SamCart, email, social media, course platforms, and other third-party platforms we use to provide our offerings.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE. BY COMPLETING YOUR PURCHASE, CHECKING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS BOX, OR ACCESSING OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or participate in our products and services.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and payment information when completing a purchase.
2. Our Products & Services
Our offerings may include, but are not limited to:
Digital courses and programs
Downloadable guides, PDFs, workbooks, and ebooks
Video and audio practices
Meditations and embodiment practices
Yoga, movement, somatic, breathwork, and sensual embodiment practices
Private coaching
Individual sessions
Group coaching and programs
Memberships and subscriptions
Workshops and masterclasses
Retreats and in-person experiences
Live or virtual events
Educational and personal-development content
Specific products or services may include additional terms, policies, schedules, agreements, or requirements presented on the relevant sales page, checkout page, booking form, or agreement.
Where product-specific terms differ from these general Terms, the more specific terms will apply to that particular purchase to the extent permitted by law.
3. Digital Products & Immediate Access
Many of our products are digital and are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase.
Depending on the product, content may be delivered through email, downloadable PDF guides, private links, video or audio files, Google Drive, a course or membership platform, third-party hosting services, or other digital delivery methods.
Some products are intentionally designed without a membership portal or login.
For example, a downloadable PDF may function as an access guide containing links to videos, audios, practices, meditations, or other materials included with your purchase.
The exact format and contents of each product are described on its sales or checkout page.
By purchasing a digital product, you understand that access may begin immediately after your purchase is completed.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining a device, browser, internet connection, and software capable of accessing standard digital content such as PDFs, links, videos, and audio.
Where an offering includes “lifetime access,” this means access for the lifetime of that particular product offering. We may update or change hosting platforms, technology, links, or delivery methods while making reasonable efforts to maintain access to the purchased content.
4. Educational & Wellness Nature of Our Work
Our products and services are intended for educational, personal-development, embodiment, movement, self-exploration, and general wellness purposes.
Alice Maisetti is not providing medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatry, physical therapy, or other licensed healthcare services through these offerings unless expressly stated otherwise.
Our programs and services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and are not a substitute for appropriate care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Our work may include practices involving embodiment and somatic awareness, yoga and physical movement, breathwork, meditation, emotional awareness, sensuality and self-connection, self-touch, nervous-system awareness, voice and expression, and personal development.
These practices may affect different people in different ways.
You are responsible for determining whether a particular practice is appropriate for your body, health, circumstances, and emotional wellbeing.
If you are pregnant or postpartum, have an injury, chronic health condition, cardiovascular or respiratory condition, significant pain, psychological or psychiatric condition, or another concern regarding your ability to safely participate, you should consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional before beginning or continuing a practice.
You should always listen to your body and may modify, pause, or stop a practice at any time.
Seek appropriate medical attention if you experience concerning pain, dizziness, faintness, difficulty breathing, significant distress, or another symptom requiring professional care.
Nothing communicated through our products, programs, social media, emails, or coaching should be interpreted as individualized medical or mental-health advice.
5. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
Participation in movement, yoga, breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, emotional exploration, embodiment practices, retreats, workshops, and related activities may involve physical, emotional, or psychological responses and inherent risks.
By voluntarily participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate within your own abilities, boundaries, and limitations.
You remain responsible for your own body, emotional wellbeing, choices, decisions, boundaries, participation, actions, implementation, medical care, and personal circumstances.
You are never required to continue a practice that does not feel appropriate for you.
6. Purchases, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
All prices and payment terms are presented at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices may change at any time for future customers without notice.
Changes in pricing do not affect purchases that have already been completed.
Promotional pricing, discounts, bonuses, payment plans, special offers, and other incentives may be offered or removed at our discretion and do not create an entitlement to the same pricing or terms in the future.
Digital Products
Because digital products provide access to proprietary content immediately after purchase, digital purchases are generally considered final once access has been delivered, except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
This applies whether or not you ultimately download, complete, watch, listen to, practice, or use the purchased materials.
A refund will not ordinarily be provided solely because you:
Change your mind after purchasing
Decide you would prefer an in-person experience or another learning format
Do not have time to complete the program
Choose not to use the product
Do not complete the practices
Experience buyer’s remorse
Decide after receiving access that the product is not personally suited to you
Have device, browser, internet, storage, email, or software limitations on your side
Experience a change in financial or personal circumstances
Did not fully review the product description before purchasing
If you experience a legitimate delivery or access issue, please contact us so we can assist you.
We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you receive what you purchased.
If an error on our side prevents us from providing the purchased product and we are unable to reasonably resolve the issue, an appropriate remedy will be provided as required by applicable law.
Coaching, Private Programs & Individual Sessions
Coaching programs, private packages, and individual sessions involve reserved time, preparation, intellectual property, individualized support, and limited availability.
Unless a separate coaching agreement states otherwise, payments for coaching services are non-refundable once the service or coaching relationship has begun, except where required by applicable law.
Choosing to discontinue participation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for services already provided, reserved, prepared, or made available.
Unused coaching sessions must be used within any timeframe communicated when the package is purchased.
If no separate rescheduling policy is provided, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule an individual session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be replaced.
We understand that genuine emergencies occur and may make exceptions at our discretion.
Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you are purchasing the complete product, program, or service and choosing to pay the total purchase price in installments.
A payment plan is not a monthly subscription unless it is specifically described as one.
Stopping participation, changing your mind, or deciding not to use the purchased offering does not automatically cancel your remaining payment obligation.
You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the schedule disclosed at checkout.
Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions
Where an offering is explicitly sold as a recurring membership or subscription, you may cancel future renewals according to the cancellation instructions provided with that membership.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not ordinarily create a retroactive refund for amounts already charged or periods of access already provided, except where required by law.
Retreats, Events & Live Experiences
Retreats, events, workshops, and other live experiences may have their own deposit, cancellation, transfer, refund, accommodation, travel, and participation policies.
Those specific policies will be provided where applicable and form part of your agreement when you register.
Travel, transportation, flights, insurance, visas, meals, accommodations, activities, or other costs are included only when specifically stated.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the details of a retreat or event before booking.
Discretionary Exceptions
We reserve the right to make an exception to a refund, cancellation, rescheduling, payment, or access policy at our sole discretion where permitted by law.
Making an exception for one customer or circumstance does not waive these Terms, modify our general policies, or create an obligation to provide the same exception to another customer in the future.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
7. International Customers & Consumer Rights
Our products and services may be purchased by customers in different countries.
If mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country or region provide rights that cannot legally be waived or limited by contract, those rights remain applicable.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a statutory consumer right where doing so would be prohibited by law.
For digital content supplied immediately, where permitted by applicable law and where the appropriate consent is obtained at checkout, you request that delivery begin before the expiration of any otherwise applicable withdrawal period and acknowledge that beginning immediate performance may affect or end a statutory right of withdrawal.
Applicable mandatory law will control where required.
8. Technical Requirements & Access
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate technology to access our products, including:
A functioning internet connection
A current web browser
A valid email address
A device capable of viewing standard web content
A PDF reader where PDFs are included
Sufficient storage where downloads are offered
Any clearly disclosed third-party software required by a particular product
We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, operating system, browser, internet provider, or individual technology configuration.
Technical limitations or problems caused by your own device, software, internet connection, email provider, or third-party settings do not automatically create a right to a refund.
If you experience difficulty accessing something you purchased, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Our website, products, and services may use third-party providers including SamCart, Stripe, PayPal, Google Drive, email providers, video-hosting services, website platforms, scheduling services, social media platforms, and other technology providers.
We are not responsible for temporary outages, interruptions, changes, discontinuation, or technical failures caused by third-party providers.
We may change delivery platforms or technology when reasonably necessary.
10. Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative educational and personal-development relationship.
It is not psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or another regulated professional service unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchasing coaching does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other licensed professional relationship.
You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, decisions, implementation, and results.
Coaching may involve discussion of emotions, relationships, beliefs, desires, patterns, boundaries, embodiment, sensuality, personal history, and other personal topics.
You choose what you wish to disclose and remain responsible for communicating and maintaining your own boundaries.
11. Communication & Support
The level of communication and support included with a purchase depends on the particular product or service.
Purchasing a digital product does not automatically include personal coaching, individualized advice, unlimited email support, or direct access to Alice Maisetti unless this is specifically included in the product description.
Response times may vary.
While we aim to provide thoughtful customer support, we do not guarantee immediate or 24/7 availability.
12. Results & Testimonials
Individual experiences vary.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular physical, emotional, relational, wellness, confidence, sensuality, embodiment, personal-development, financial, business, or life outcome.
Your experience may be influenced by many factors outside our control.
Testimonials, reviews, case studies, messages, and customer stories represent individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will experience the same outcome.
Testimonials should not be interpreted as medical evidence or proof that a program diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a medical or psychological condition.
13. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through Alice Maisetti products and services are owned by or licensed to Alice Maisetti and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
This includes, without limitation:

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal use.
You may not:
Share paid materials with another person
Forward private links or access information
Copy or reproduce our materials
Upload materials to shared drives or file-sharing websites
Publish paid content publicly
Resell or redistribute our materials
Use our content to create competing products
Teach or commercially reproduce our proprietary content without written permission

Claim our content as your own
Use our photographs, voice, likeness, video, or proprietary content to train or create AI models, voice clones, synthetic media, or similar reproductions without written permission
One purchase is intended for one individual unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and may constitute intellectual-property infringement.
14. Feedback, Testimonials & Client Content
If you voluntarily send us feedback, testimonials, photographs, videos, messages, or other content, we will not assume that we may publicly identify you or use private client material in marketing solely because you sent it to us.
Where identifiable testimonial or client content is used for marketing, permission will be obtained where required.
Any testimonial used should reflect the genuine experience or opinion of the person providing it.
15. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We use third-party service providers to operate portions of our business, process payments, deliver products, communicate with customers, and provide other services.
Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We take reasonable measures to protect customer information but cannot guarantee that electronic transmission or storage will be completely secure.
16. Electronic Communications
By purchasing or contacting us electronically, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications relating to your purchase, access, appointments, payments, account, or customer support.
Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending communications necessary to administer a purchase or service.
17. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Recommendations
From time to time, we may mention or recommend third-party products, brands, professionals, resources, or services.
Some links or recommendations may involve affiliate relationships, sponsorships, gifted products, or other commercial relationships. Where disclosure is required, we will make the relationship clear.
We are not responsible for the products, services, conduct, policies, availability, or actions of third parties.
Any decision to purchase or use a third-party product or service is your own.
18. Respectful Conduct
We expect respectful communication within our coaching relationships, programs, events, communities, and customer-support channels.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation or access in cases involving harassment, abuse, threats, fraud, deliberate misuse of our services, unauthorized sharing of proprietary content, serious disruption of a group or event, or material violation of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we may attempt to resolve an issue before terminating access.
Severe misconduct may result in immediate termination where reasonably necessary.
19. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access where a customer materially breaches these Terms, fraudulently obtains access, unlawfully distributes proprietary materials, or engages in serious misconduct.
Termination resulting from a customer’s material violation does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
Any obligations relating to intellectual property, outstanding payments, liability, privacy, and other provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
20. Product Changes & Availability
We may improve, update, reorganize, re-record, modify, replace, or discontinue portions of our offerings over time.
Purchasing one product does not automatically give you access to future courses, programs, advanced versions, new editions, memberships, coaching services, retreats, workshops, or standalone products unless this is specifically included in the original purchase.
21. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or inability to perform caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, illness, governmental actions, travel restrictions, emergencies, war, civil unrest, internet failures, cyberattacks, utility failures, labor disruptions, pandemics, or major third-party service outages.
Where such circumstances affect a live service or event, we may reasonably reschedule, modify, relocate, or otherwise adapt the offering where appropriate and permitted by law.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alice Maisetti will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a specific product or service will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alice Maisetti from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or reasonable costs arising directly from your unlawful misuse of our products, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized distribution of our proprietary materials, or material violation of these Terms.
24. Payment Disputes
If you believe there has been an error involving a payment, charge, purchase, or access issue, we ask that you contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and work toward a resolution.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising legitimate rights available through your financial institution, payment provider, or applicable consumer-protection law.
Fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of access while the matter is investigated.
25. Governing Law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you based on your jurisdiction are not waived by this provision where applicable law prohibits such waiver.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties are encouraged to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the matter directly.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time as our business, products, or legal requirements change.
The effective date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the Terms in effect at the time of a purchase will generally govern that purchase.
27. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
28. No Waiver
Our decision not to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce that provision in the future.
Similarly, granting an exception, refund, credit, extension, accommodation, or other courtesy in one circumstance does not modify these Terms or create an entitlement to the same treatment in another circumstance.
29. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, checkout disclosures, product-specific policies, coaching agreements, retreat agreements, booking terms, or other written agreements associated with your purchase, form the agreement between you and Alice Maisetti regarding that offering.
